Return & Replacement Policy
At BusyBee Retail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following terms.
1. Return & Replacement Period
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
- Click clear photos of the damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item.
- Share the photos along with your Order ID via WhatsApp or Email.
- Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- If reverse pickup service is available at your location, we will arrange the pickup.
- If reverse pickup is not available, the customer will need to send the product back through a reliable courier service.
- BusyBee Retail will reimburse return courier charges up to ₹100, depending on the product's weight and dimensions. A valid courier receipt may be required for reimbursement.
4. Refund Policy
- After the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued as BusyBee Reward Points.
- Reward Points can be redeemed on BusyBeeRetail.com for future purchases.
- Reward Points remain valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
5. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, tags, labels, warranty cards (if applicable), and free gifts.
- The original product box, labels, and packaging must be returned in good condition.
- The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.
- The returned product must reach us in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may not be accepted.
6. Returns That Will Not Be Accepted
Returns may be rejected if:
- The product has been used, installed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The original box, labels, accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing.
- The return request is raised after 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- The product is damaged due to improper handling or inadequate packaging during return shipping.
7. Inspection & Approval
- Every returned product is inspected after it reaches our warehouse.
- BusyBee Retail reserves the right to approve or reject any return request if the product does not meet the above return conditions.
