Do we have to register?

 No..we do not require a registration form to be filled out! When you place your order all appropriate information is given at Paypal and an email is sent to us concerning your order, if there are any problems with the order we will contact you with the email given in the confirmation from Paypal.

How are products shipped?

 Products are shipped via UPS ground or the Postal Service. We ship out within 48 hours. Shipping times average 7-10 days from the day you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?

 Shipping costs are based on the total of your order. Each order has a minimum shipping charge as specified when checking out.
If you're not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item, just add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the correct shipping for you. Then you can remove it. All our shipments are insured at no additional charge.

How do you handle returns/refunds/exchanges?

 If an item you received arrives broken or seems defective in any way, simply contact us and we will send out a replacement.
The bottom line is we want to keep you happy and provide top-notch service. To that extent, we do everything possible to quickly rectify any problem order. 		Do your products have any guarantees or warranties?

 We guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and described and will be free from defect. If you receive an item that does not meet this guarantee, we will issue you a full refund and pay for the return shipping.

How do I place an order?

Place your order directly from the website - Phone your order in to our office - Fill out a Mail Form and send it to us, Money Orders and Certified Checks are accepted. No Cash please. We accept PayPal

How long does it take to receive an order?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 days.
